PinkLabel.TV Partners with PornFilmFestival Berlin

PornFilmFestival Berlin screens selections online, powered by PinkLabel.TV

SAN FRANCISCO, California, U.S.A. (October 14th, 2020) — Pink and White Productions announces its partnership with organizers of the 15th annual PornFilmFestival Berlin to offer online festival screening of selected films, powered by its streaming platform PinkLabel.TV.

A PornFilmFestival in times of the coronavirus

Responding to health concerns related to COVID-19, the 2020 PornFilmFestival Berlin will take place as a reduced edition in a cinema space with limited seat capacities and other precautions. Due to the reduction of physical seats, organizers are taking the festival online for the first time, presenting a special festival program available via online streaming, in cooperation with Pink and White Productions’ online adult film streaming platform, PinkLabel.TV.

Six feature films and more than 30 short films from the festival program will be shown online after the festival week from October 26 to November 1. The selections include entrees in the short film competition, opening and closing night films, and other works. Among them: “Urban Smut“ is comprised of five short films with a diverse and playful panorama of contemporary urban sexualities, reflecting the sexual and aesthetic diversity of the PornFilmFestival’s program. “Goodbye Seventies” is a nostalgic and melancholic homage to the Golden Age of Gay Porn. “EEG Orgy” is a queer-lesbian experimental film from Canada. “Vivante” is an explicit tragicomic French porn. Documentaries include “Pier Kids” on the New York voguing scene and “Female Ejaculation & Other Mysteries of the Universe“ on the cultural history of female sexuality and sex positive feminism.

Tickets for the entire digital program must be purchased by October 25. Complying with the distribution agreements of selected films, the program is only available to viewers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales for the online festival will benefit the physical theaters participating with PornFilmFestival Berlin and help sustain their businesses during the pandemic.
